超声波同时焊接无纺布的边道和北部，使产品更为美观，该机具有剪切部位的空

档设定，从而减少了无纺布的浪费和弹簧个数剪切的准确性，因此提高了机器的

智能性，使生产出的产品成本更低，浪费更少，结构更为牢固，是生产独立袋装

床网和沙发座包的理想设备。
This machine is conputerized to control every step of production from

materials transfers,coiling,shaping to pocking.It has been installed

two sets of ultrasonic seal machine to seal the both sides and back of

non-woven fabrics which will make the products in good shape.There are

enough space left between each pocket spring for cutting purpose in

order to save the fabrics and auarantee then accuracy of pocket spring

cutting.It is an ideal machine for production of pocket spring

mattress net and sofa cushion because of lower cost,good structure and

high priduction capacity.
